ToledoHauntedHouses.com recently sat down with Corey Leroux of Panic In The Lab!, to discuss what's new at Panic In The Lab! for the 2022 Halloween Season!

What's new at Panic In The Lab! for 2022? Do you have any new rides, attractions, or special features that Haunt Seekers should know about?

This year, Panic In The Lab has a brand new layout, increased difficulty, more rooms, and a much better plot line.

What are you most excited about for the 2022 Halloween Season?

Our final challenge in the escape room will be a whirlwind of excitement... if you can solve it.

What differentiates Panic In The Lab! from other local haunts in Toledo?

We are a fully immersive escape room, and we also utilize laser tag to bring the experience to a whole new level. Effectively, we are an in-person video game!

How long has Panic In The Lab! been in business? Can you tell us a bit more about Panic In The Lab!'s history?

2022 is our second season. Our story is just beginning... and we'd love to have you along for the ride!!

What's your favorite experience since opening Panic In The Lab!?

One of our actors had his grandmother come through... alone... and she was terrified. Once his character was eliminated, she was genuinely concerned for his health. "Well... get up?" Nothing beats supportive family!

How long is a typical haunt experience at Panic In The Lab! from start to finish?

Typical experience is 30 to 40 minutes

On a scale from 1 to 10, how scary would you say Panic In The Lab! is? Why?

From a purely "terrifying" perspective, we are at about a 6. However, our primary focus isn't the jump-scare... it's the immersive environment that keeps you guessing the entire time.

Does Panic In The Lab!'s property have any real haunted history? Do you have a spooky encounter you'd like to share?

None that we know of... but if you see a ghost, we'd love to get their photo for the website!

What inspired you to open up a haunted attraction? What's your favorite part of the business?

We wanted to extend our summer business's busy season. Our mobile laser tag platform allowed us to be extremely flexible, and through a series of discussions and "what if..." conversation, PitL was born.

How has new technology (i.e. animatronics, special props, etc) helped you to enhance Panic In The Lab!?

Can Panic In The Lab! accommodate large groups? How many people can experience Panic In The Lab! together as a group?

This year, we are allowing groups of 6 or less to traverse the experience together
